TFO - GUILD CHARTER

The First Order (TFO) is a semi-elite Order RvR guild focused on realm domination accomplished using the skill of its members and that of its alliance.

The First Order: An Overview

The First Order (TFO) was established long ago on DAoC - Igraine Server. TFO was the top leader of an alliance that dominated the Igraine Server. We now venture forth into a new realm known as Warhammer Online! Ladyanne, now known in Warhammer as Ladychandra will be with us soon. We wish her all the best during this time with her family and hope to see her very soon. To all the returning TFO members, my personal welcome. The First Order: Guild Bank -- (Current Guild Tax is 50%)

The guild bank will be managed by TFO Leadership and officers. Leaders will be in charge of saving and dispersing funds, gear, and materials to whomever is in need. Officers will do the same for gear and materials and request transfer of funds to their personal accounts for distribution as needed to the membership keeping main fund controls in leadership hands.

All requests to withdraw coin, resources, or gear for vault 4 must go through either the guild leader or an officer. Don’t hesitate to ask, we want you to be the best you can be!

Approved Expenses currently include RvR related materials, crafting related expenses, and gearing for war. This includes but is not limited to Mounts, Armor, Gear, Rams, Oil, Crafting Materials, etc.

Please note: that guild taxes are taken from mob drop coin only, it is the lowest income in the game to take from (well designed system by mythic we think) and having the guild tax rate at 50% will allow our guild to collect these small copper and silver deposits to make a bank roll large enough to help assist members with banners, seige weapons, mounts, crafting items and more! Everyone can always see the amount in the guild bank and only the leadership will have access.


Communication is the key to success!

As such, we require the use of Ventrilo. You must have a working microphone and know how to use push-to-talk.

It's important that you are in Vent at all times while playing Warhammer Online. During guild activities and keep raids, please keep Non-War related comments to yourself.

Guild Alts & Inactivity:

Any member not active within 2 weeks will be removed from the guild. Unless prior notification is given this rule is set in stone, any member alt that is made must be active as well.

Guild Ranks:

Leaders (founder) - The one person that started it all on the server, brought the website /vent and in game guild to life. The only difference between this position and those of Leaders below is that this particular member has a few more admin rights then most.

Leaders - The most trusted individuals in the guild. This position holds all authority over all subject matters related to the guild and duties to the guild. Full admin access rights to the site and in game leadership roles.

Officers - Officers understand the guild and where it wants to go. From recruiting / leading and more is the responsibility of these individuals. Standing out above the rest, these officers have proven there worth time and time again and can be counted on for anything. Their abilities are moderation of the forums, inviting new members (reviewing applications), promoting or demoting and kicking. They also have control access over guild banking and take part in leadership council meetings.

Members - Proving their worth, members are fully activated contributors to the guild. Becoming a member takes dedication and understanding. In return, members have access to guild bank 1,2,3. Also, members have access to all forums and full posting/deleting/polling rights as well. Members have time and time again shown they have what it takes to be part of TFO and in so are also allowed to invite one friend or family member with no need of the application process. Our members are the true backbone of our guild and without them; there would be no guild.

Recruit - Recruits are those interested in joining TFO but are in on a trial bases to see if we fit for them and them for us. During this time, their access is limited by viewing and posting in only the most relevant of forums. They are part of the guild and are tagged as such in game under the recruit tag. However, they do not have any access rights to the guild bank and are expected to group with a few officers and or leaders so we can work on getting them in or out of recruitment statues as soon as possible.

Funny Monkey - Did you just make the Funny Monkey Rank?! Well congratulations! You have earned a very unique title in our ranks known yes as the FUNNY MONKEY! To earn this title, it means you really stick out of the crowd, people in the guild just can't wait for you to get on and you are the life of the party! What privileges to do you get as a funny monkey? All those listed under the Members section with one twist! Because you are the life of the party, you need stuff to help make a party even more fun! To this end, you have full access to all of the guild banks (with the exception of cash withdraw) and the rank of Funny Monkey in game and in the forums!) Congratulations funny monkey!




Guild Conduct:

The First Order has an un-tarnished guild name and we aim to keep it that way. Should you feel the need to be rude to other guilds, be disrespectful, cheat or exploit the game in any way; we will be pleased to show you the door and drop kick you out of it.

Guild chat and Ventrilo are to be considered R rated, however we require three things be left out of them.

1.) Any form of harassment or personal argument with other members in public is strictly forbidden.

2.) The First Order will not tolerate discussions that involve sexual harassment, racial slurs, sexual slurs, attacks on religious beliefs, and/or attacks on political stances.

3.) If you don’t think something you are going to say is appropriate, don’t say it. This goes for guild chat, ventrilo, and the guild forums.

We at The First Order like to consider ourselves a family and as such we miss our members when they leave for extended periods of time. Should you have to take a leave of absence please let us know so we don’t remove you from our ranks.
